Innovation Leadership for Biopharma
Working with colleagues from cutting-edge companies, you will learn what it takes to build innovation capability for life science teams to deliver novel treatments. You will practice a new leadership approach to overcome the organizational dysfunction that plagues biopharma. You will try out a new decision-making structure to deliver on goals effectively. This lively, 1-day interactive workshop, plus follow-up coaching, will be limited to 10 participants.
